What is the Holistic Bodywork?


It's a body-oriented approach to wellness that considers the whole person, including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.


I am a Holistic Bodywork practitioner. I use a variety of techniques such as different types of massage, energy work, sound therapy, meditation, breathing techniques and movement therapies to facilitate balance and harmony in the body-mind-spirit system.
